How to Lose 10 Pounds for Your Big Date

Eat Smaller Portions.

An example of the ideal size is 1 or 2 ounces of lean meat and, say, 1/2 cup of vegetables like spinach or some other greens. That'll do the trick to help you slim down for the hot date with that hunk.

But no matter what, you should never starve! You still need to eat and nourish your body; simply take in smaller portions and drink all that water.
